
Alleima remains optimistic about 2024 despite revenues decline in Q2
Q2/2024 revenues declined for all of Alleima’s divisions year-on-year due to fluctuating demand in key sectors.
Given the solid order backlog, product mix, and demand improvement in some segments, the company is optimistic about the rest of the year.
Alleima’s total revenues decreased by 5% year-on-year in April-June to SEK 5,359 million (EUR 467 million), with organic growth of 0%. Order intake for the 12-month period decreased by 7% to SEK 20,135 million (EUR 1.7 billion), with organic growth of -4%. The company finished the quarter with SEK 636 million (EUR 55 million) profit, a surge of 192% compared to the same period last year.
