Antam completes 30% stake acquisition in Tsingshan’s Jiu Long

Indonesian nickel miner Aneka Tambang (Antam) has completed the acquisition of a minor stake in Tsingshan Holding’s nickel smelting plant to bolster its position in the global nickel market.

According to an exchange filing, an Indonesian state-owned mining company has acquired a 30% stake, valued at USD 102 million, in a smelter owned by a subsidiary of the Chinese stainless steel giant Tsingshan Holdings. Continue Reading? Please click box below!
