Aperam to acquire Universal Stainless

Aperam has taken another strategic step in its high-end transformation by acquiring Universal Stainless, a prominent U.S. manufacturer of specialty and stainless steel products for aerospace.

On October 17, Aperam and Universal Stainless announced they had entered into a definitive agreement for an all-cash transaction.
