China Heat Map: industries accelerate growth on improved economic results

According to SMR analysis based on census data, the growth in Chinese industry segments related to stainless steel speeded up in early 2024 thanks to better-than-expected economic conditions.

The average production in fourteen selected sectors rose by 3.6% in January-February this year, compared to 1.7% in 2023.
