Dongkuk Industries to expand investments in nickel-plated sheet capacities

Dongkuk Industries has decided to invest an additional 35 billion KRW to expand its nickel-plated steel sheet production line.

On August 8, Dongkuk Industries announced plans to inject an extra KRW 35 billion (USD 25.24 million) to boost its nickel-plated steel sheet production capacity. This increases the total investment from KRW 88 billion (USD 25.24 million) to KRW 123 billion (USD 89.45 million), raising the equity capital ratio by 6.3 percentage points from 15.8% to 22.1%.
