EC plans to invent steel safeguards successor to continue capping imports
Global steel giant ArcelorMittal hosted prominent politicians at its Ghent, Belgium, steel plant early this week to discuss the future of the European steel industry.
The delegation included new European Commission (EC) officials Stephane Sejourne, in charge of industrial strategy, and Teresa Ribera, commissioner for the green transition.
