The acquisition of Haynes International, a leading company in the North American high-performance alloys (HPA) market, is a new milestone in Acerinox’s history. What will the new entity look like?
During a recent analyst conference discussing the takeover of Haynes International, Acerinox management provided additional insight about the transaction, the synergies expected, and the growth potential of the combined company. This acquisition is expected to enhance Acerinox's presence in the aerospace segment, where the company currently has limited exposure through its subsidiary VDA Metals.

Additionally, the move positions Acerinox as a leader in the high-performance alloys (HPA) market in the United States, the company's most successful market, where it operates a leading stainless steel producer, North American Stainless (NAS) and generates about 50% of its revenues.
