Jindal Stainless raises its stake in Chromeni Steels to 100%
After acquiring 54% of Chromeni Steels last month, the Indian stainless steel giant announced the next step, making the plant its wholly-owned subsidiary.
On Monday, June 17, Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL) said it had acquired the remaining 46% stake in Chromeni Steels Private Ltd (CSPL) for INR 278 crore or approximately EUR 31 million.
