Nippon Steel raises Ni-based CR sheet price by USD 128/t for May

The major Japanese stainless steel maker NSSC claimed a sharp price increase for nickel-based cold-rolled sheets for the third consecutive month, still mainly supported by the raw material segment.
Nippon Steel Stainless Steel (NSSC) announced a JPY 20,000/t (USD 128/t) hike in the price of SUS304 (nickel-based) CR thin sheets for May contracts. This increase followed the same jump in March and a JPY 10,000/t uptick in April. Continue Reading? Please click box below!
