South Korea to impose provisional 21% AD duty on China's stainless plates

South Korea will likely introduce a provisional anti-dumping duty on stainless steel plates originating in China. The rate will be much higher than what the Korean applicant initially required.
On January 16, the Korea Trade Commission (KTC) announced the preliminary investigation results into China's stainless medium and thick plates. The commission recommended that the Ministry of Economy and Finance impose a provisional anti-dumping duty of 21.62% on these products, citing their severe impact on the country’s steel industry.
