The United States will continue to impose the anti-dumping duty on stainless steel bars imported from India, a measure that has been in effect for nearly three decades.
Following the completion of its fifth sunset review, the United States Department of Commerce (Commerce) has determined that there is no justification for lifting the anti-dumping duty on Indian stainless steel bars, citing that its removal would likely result in the continuation or repetition of dumping.
