Viraj Profiles to build an integrated stainless steel mill

Viraj Profiles Private Limited (Viraj), the major Indian stainless steel longs maker, announced an ambitious plan to build a new integrated plant.

During the 55th World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting in Davos in late January, Viraj signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra for building this new integrated stainless steel plant in Palghar, creating 3,500 jobs and driving socio-economic development in the tribal region.
